Bringing a new life into the world is a joyous, challenging and miraculous experience! However, you, Mother-to-be may feel worried, anxious or stressed. Your body undergoes many changes; some of them can cause discomfort.  A massage during the pregnancy and postpartum period is a perfect way to reduce stress and promote wellbeing.

Regular massage throughout your entire pregnancy will ensure a much more enjoyable nine months from start to finish.

While massage therapy during and after pregnancy is not intended to replace appropriate prenatl care, used in addition to healthcare, some benefits may be:

The massage is performed on a massage table, where you are in a side lying position, with cushions used to support your ‘bump’ and pelvis, and covered with large sheets and towel, this includes ensuring you and your baby are comfortable at all times. Only the area being massaged at the time is uncovered.
The massage can lasts from 30 minutes for a specific area, i.e. legs or back, to 90 minutes for a full body massage.
